PRODUCTS
Rigoberta Jellini Jewelry offers handmade jewelry, including pieces that may be made to order or created in limited quantities.
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and the use of natural materials and gemstones, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, size or finish may occur from one piece to another. These variations are part of the individual character of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately through photographs and descriptions. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings or lighting conditions.
Product availability may change without notice.
PRICING
All prices are displayed in euros (€).
Applicable taxes are included in the displayed price where required by law. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated separately and shown before the order is completed.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. Unless otherwise expressly stated on our website or during checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
In the unlikely event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to contact you before processing the order. You may then choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, select the desired product and add it to your shopping cart. You will then be asked to provide the information necessary to complete your purchase, select an available shipping method and complete payment through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Please ensure that all information provided during checkout, particularly your email address and delivery address, is accurate and complete.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, a pricing or technical error has occurred, payment has not been authorised, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by us, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods displayed and available at checkout, which may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and other supported electronic payment methods.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Rigoberta Jellini Jewelry does not store complete credit or debit card information.
Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from Trikala, Greece, and we offer shipping within Greece and to selected international destinations.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website and/or during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier services, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure that the delivery information provided with your order is correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless specifically stated otherwise on our website, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs procedures may occasionally delay delivery. Such delays are outside the control of Rigoberta Jellini Jewelry.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rigobertajellini.com.
If your order has not yet entered preparation or been dispatched, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your cancellation request.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure will apply.
Made-to-order, customised or personalised pieces may begin production shortly after an order is placed and may therefore be subject to different cancellation and return conditions where permitted by applicable law.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers may exercise that right within the legally prescribed period.

Unless the return concerns a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the amount refunded where applicable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and the return has been processed.
Certain personalised, customised or made-to-order products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rigobertajellini.com, including your order number and photographs showing the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to be defective or an incorrect item has been sent, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Where required by law, the reasonable cost of returning an incorrect or defective item will be covered by us.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
HANDMADE & NATURAL MATERIALS
Many Rigoberta Jellini pieces are individually handmade and may feature natural gemstones, pearls or other natural materials.
Natural stones and pearls may contain variations, inclusions, irregularities and differences in colour or shape. These are natural characteristics and make each piece unique.
Such characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.
JEWELRY CARE
Jewelry should be handled and stored with appropriate care.
Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, moisture, salt water, chlorine or improper storage may affect the appearance and condition of jewelry over time.
Normal wear and tear or damage caused by inappropriate use or care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
