Each piece is handmade to order in our workshop in Trikala, Greece.
Made-to-order pieces: approximately 2 – 3 weeks before dispatch.
Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched within 1 – 3 business days.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we'll do our best to accomodate your request.
Please note that processing and delivery times may vary during holidays and sales periods.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To request a return, please email us at info@rigobertajellini.com.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Personalised and custom made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns within Greece
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For returns within Greece, you can use ELTA Courier or another tracked shipping service.
Please keep your tracking number until your return has been received.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
